Operations Coordinator, Wind Vertical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and professionally plan and coordinate wind operations.

• Recruit and educate new pilots via the online training program.

• Prepare pilots prior to their arrival on-site to ensure timely project delivery.

• Address operational challenges and uphold exceptional client service.

• Assist pilots with site access and planning requirements.

• Utilize knowledge of drone capabilities and airspace regulations while adhering to Zeitview SOPs.

• Stay informed about developments in the wind industry.

• Occasionally collaborate with the Quality Control team.

• Manage multiple projects and maintain communication with field pilots.

• Monitor project progress through daily reports and updates using spreadsheets and software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Turkish language skills are also preferred.

• Strong project management abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in using Google Suite, including Sheets and Docs.

• Comfortable with Slack communication.

• Familiar with using Coda.

• Familiar with Asana project management tool.

• Knowledge of the wind industry, including specific equipment and access requirements, is a beneficial asset.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Outstanding communication and writing skills in English.

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, pilots, and internal teams.
