Operations Coordinator – Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily order processing and fulfillment activities.

• Evaluate, confirm, and sustain order data integrity.

• Handle updates to orders, manage inventory exceptions, and oversee fulfillment modifications.

• Examine operational data to spot discrepancies, trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process enhancements.

• Keep operational trackers and reports up to date.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams and external partners to address order, inventory, and fulfillment challenges.

• Track order progress and deadlines, identifying any delays and operational risks.

• Inform stakeholders of risks, delays, discrepancies, and unresolved matters.

• Maintain documentation for processes, trackers, procedures, and operational resources.

• Uncover opportunities to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and automation.

• Assist in data-driven and operational initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, data operations, or a similar field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups, pivot tables, formulas, data validation, and handling large datasets.

• Proficient in data interpretation.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Capability to manage time-sensitive and repetitive processes with accuracy and consistency.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong investigative skills and follow-through capabilities, including root-cause analysis.

• Flexibility and eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.

• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Customer-centric mindset.

• Experience with reporting tools, data visualization, basic SQL, automation, or working with third-party fulfillment partners is a plus.
