This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Manage our Insurance or Health services processes, known internally as Ops Runners. 😉
• Oversee daily follow-up and monitoring of our operational activities.
• Identify and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Execute our processes by performing tasks such as invoicing and claims treatment, expanding and managing our provider network, and supporting internal teams both live and through documentation.
• Contribute to defining and owning an effective monitoring scheme to track volume, efficiency, and SLAs, while identifying risks and areas for improvement both internally and with service providers.
• Supervise partnerships (e.g., teleconsultation and claim operators), engage in negotiation discussions, and maintain daily communication to ensure business continuity.
• Conduct controls on our daily operations to ensure correct decision-making and to identify training needs, both internally and externally.
• Escalate feedback, assist in prioritizing, and support initiatives aimed at enhancing our processes and services for greater efficiency and satisfaction.
• Implement continuous improvements to our processes.
• Experience in operating processes and services, particularly for companies in the scale-up phase or within industrial/logistics sectors.
• Background in Support functions (Customer Support, People Operations, etc.).
• Customer-facing commercial experience, such as an account manager or in Customer Success Communications, including social media and internal/external communications.
• Experience in event coordination.
• Passionate about delivering and optimizing exceptional operations; willing to engage with technical processes and make them clear and enjoyable for our operators and members.
• A proactive problem-solver with a deep-dive mindset, driven by member and customer satisfaction.
• Analytical skills to effectively analyze data.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English, as well as in French or Dutch.
• Capable of working and learning independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating a strong ability to adjust to changing situations.
• Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus.
