This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Provide assistance with daily operational functions throughout the organization while aiding leadership in maintaining structure, accountability, and operational effectiveness.
• Emphasize scheduling, communication, administrative coordination, process support, and operational organization across various departments.
• Aid in coordinating daily operational workflows and internal processes.
• Ensure that projects, operational initiatives, and tasks progress smoothly and efficiently.
• Assist leadership and operations teams with tasks related to administrative support and coordination.
• Keep operational systems, documentation, and internal processes organized.
• Oversee scheduling, calendar management, and meeting arrangements.
• Help with prompt and professional responses to emails and internal communications.
• Coordinate follow-ups, track tasks, and ensure operational accountability across teams.
• Facilitate communication workflows using Slack and other internal platforms.
• Recognize operational inefficiencies and assist in implementing process improvements.
• Aid in maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, and internal organizational systems.
• Support initiatives aimed at workflow automation and operational enhancements alongside operations and automation teams.
• Help ensure the accuracy of operational records and reporting systems.
• Provide support for QuickBooks-related administrative tasks, invoicing, expense tracking, and management of operational records.
• Assist in organizing operational reporting and maintaining precise internal documentation.
• Offer administrative support related to operational and financial workflows.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations coordination, administrative support, project coordination, or related operational roles.
• Proficiency in using organizational and communication tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or operational financial coordination is preferred.
