This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Puerto Rico.
• Collaborate with vendors, including CPA, legal, and service providers.
• Monitor tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist in hiring processes by scheduling interviews and tracking candidates.
• Oversee events and manage invitations.
• Promote the event through various channels if necessary.
• Organize documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Provide support for fundamental administrative and operational tasks.
• Submit a weekly timesheet detailing task-level activities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Basic proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets is preferred.
