This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Management of operational tools: Take charge of the daily backend operations for the brand's operational systems, including Toast POS, Super Order, Opus LMS, Appfront Loyalty, Customer.io, and ClickUp. Ensure that forms, checklists, and project workflows are organized and up-to-date across all locations.

• Oversight of location operations: Monitor daily opening checklists submitted by each location — assessing fryer oil quality, station readiness, and equipment status — and promptly address any issues with franchisees.

• Inventory and data accuracy: Oversee inventory submissions from all locations. Identify discrepancies, follow up on any missing submissions, and maintain data integrity throughout the network.

• Creation and upkeep of SOPs: Develop and sustain standard operating procedures that define operational protocols for each location, collaborating closely with the Chief of Staff and Director of Operations.

• Forms and reporting: Distribute weekly employee feedback forms, gather submissions, pursue outstanding data, and transform results into clear weekly reports for leadership review.

• Management of delivery platforms: Ensure backend menu accuracy, listings, and operational correctness on platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other delivery services.

• Community engagement: Conduct light social media monitoring and respond to comments on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, utilizing AI-assisted workflows.

• Continuous improvement initiatives: Propose ideas for process enhancements. As the brand is in a growth phase, this role is ideal for someone looking to engage their intellect rather than merely execute tasks.

• Support for the CEO: Assist with calendar management, inbox triage, meeting notes, follow-up tracking, ClickUp action items, CEO priority tracking, light research, and special projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English: C1/C2 level (both written and spoken).

• 1–3+ years of experience in operations, account management, or coordination within a fast-paced environment.

• Background in managing multi-location, multi-account, or franchise portfolios (e.g., food delivery services like Rappi, consultancies such as PwC/EY/Accenture, or marketplace operators).

• Strong familiarity with operational tools and project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.).

• Ability to quickly learn new tools — including POS systems, inventory management, LMS, and delivery platforms.

• Excellent written communication skills for effective coordination across teams and locations.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving — comfortable identifying issues and suggesting solutions, rather than just executing tasks.
