This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries from contractors and third parties, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.

• Coordinate and facilitate all planning activities related to store renovations, maintenance visits, and other operational tasks, guaranteeing timely completion within budget constraints.

• Review and approve completed work, ensuring all tasks adhere to company standards prior to final sign-off.

• Handle administrative responsibilities including purchase orders (POs), invoicing, and associated documentation to maintain seamless financial operations.

• Compile and disseminate maintenance visit summaries, documenting key actions taken, progress made, and any necessary follow-up actions.

• Assist in the review and management of payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing of worked hours, including expense submissions.

• Oversee renovations in customer stores, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and compliant with company standards.

• Create and present regular reports on financial metrics, project advancements, and operational KPIs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in operations coordination, project management, or a related area.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks across different locations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong capability to engage effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

• Experience in reviewing and approving work, ensuring quality and adherence to company standards.

• Familiarity with administrative tasks such as POs, invoicing, and payroll processes.

• Proficient in reporting tools, Google Workspace, and financial software.

• Capability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently with minimal oversight.

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel as required for site visits and coordination activities.
