This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist with the administration and implementation of the residency matching process.
• Provide operational assistance for residency matching and platform operations.
• Support matching activities and verify operational data for integrity, precision, and adherence to timelines.
• Develop, assess, and maintain operational timelines, procedures, and business processes.
• Review and analyze system functionality, policy modifications, and business requirements.
• Integrate updates into operational processes and documentation.
• Generate operational reports, metrics, and on-demand analyses.
• Create and sustain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and operational guides.
• Assist in testing for new system releases, enhancements, and operational enhancements.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at processes and service delivery.
• Offer support to the Client Services team during peak periods.
• Ensure timely and precise communication to uphold a high standard of customer experience.
• Aid cross-functional project teams.
• Provide operational guidance and share knowledge with colleagues and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the optimization of platform processes, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, analytics, health or public administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations, client services, administration, project coordination, or a related area.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Experience in data analysis and translating insights into operational enhancements.
• Excellent attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
• Proven ability to identify and improve business processes.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, systems, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Experience in participating in system implementations, testing, or operational change initiatives.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a remote team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a significant asset.
• Must reside in Canada.
• Occasional overtime may be necessary to meet critical deadlines.
