This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee calendars, scheduling, and the coordination of meetings among stakeholders.
• Arrange internal documents, records, and operational systems.
• Provide support for inbox management and communication coordination as necessary.
• Monitor ongoing projects and ensure that tasks progress smoothly across teams.
• Assist in prioritizing tasks between internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Help with the documentation of processes and operational workflows.
• Follow up with team members to guarantee that deliverables remain on schedule.
• Develop and enhance internal systems to boost operational efficiency.
• Maintain trackers, reporting dashboards, and internal documentation.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination as required.
• Manage ad hoc administrative and operational tasks for leadership.
• Provide assistance with research, vendor coordination, and various business support needs.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Administrative, or Operations roles.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently with little supervision.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in supporting founders, executives, or startup teams is advantageous.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, spreadsheets, and productivity tools.
