This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Serve as the main point of communication between the owner and office personnel, ensuring that information is effectively relayed and all parties remain informed.
• Monitor assigned tasks and guarantee their completion within designated timeframes.
• Organize and uphold communication channels, documentation, and task management systems.
• Facilitate daily workflows and assist in administrative processes.
• Provide support with client and customer communications as necessary.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction.
• Aid the team in adjusting to changing business requirements and priorities.
• Proven experience in a coordination, administrative support, or customer service position.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Background in managing regular client or customer communications in a support role.
• Proficient in English (C1 level) for both written and verbal professional communication.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of residence.
• Capacity to align working hours with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Dependable high-speed internet, a headset suitable for frequent calls, a quiet workspace, and backup power for remote work.
• Familiarity with supporting clients in the construction industry or knowledge of construction business operations.
• Understanding of the roofing, construction, or home service sectors.
• Experience with project management, CRM, or scheduling software.
• Background in a remote working environment.
