Operations Business Partner – 12 months FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Drive Operational Cadence & Goal Delivery — Establish and sustain effective operational rhythms that provide clarity, visibility, and accountability for teams.

• Program & project delivery — Assume responsibility for high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.

• Champion Culture & People Experience — Create and implement meaningful onsite events, team forums, connection rituals, celebrations, and milestone recognitions.

• Communications — Ensure the group remains informed and aligned.

• Leverage AI & Emerging Tools — Actively engage with and utilize AI tools to enhance the efficiency of your work and that of the team.

• Predicting Emerging Opportunities — Anticipate trends and stay ahead of the curve.

• Support the Lead — In select roles, serve as a trusted partner to executives, helping them concentrate on the most important tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have a background in operational or generalist roles — such as program or project management, team operations, or generalist operations — and have consistently collaborated across large, complex, cross-functional teams, preferably in the tech industry or fast-paced environments.

• You genuinely enjoy and possess experience in the people aspect of operations — focusing on culture, the overall atmosphere, celebrations, and not just the processes.

• You thrive in uncertainty. You do not wait for a perfect brief; you take the initiative to figure things out and progress.

• You are a proficient communicator who can adapt your message, whether you're updating via Slack or presenting to a Group Lead — experience in change management is a bonus.

• You have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of excellence.

• You can quickly build relationships and rapport while continuously expanding your internal networks.

• You possess experience in prioritizing, managing, and tracking multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

• You are a fast learner and naturally curious — always seeking better ways to work and actively utilizing tools like AI to enhance the quality and speed of your deliverables.
