📋 Description

• Official Account Operations: Oversee the management of the company's official LinkedIn profile, focusing on planning, content creation, and engagement to enhance brand presence and increase follower count.

• Personal Account Matrix: Develop and refine the employee account matrix, implementing collaborative processes for selecting topics and publishing content.

• Content Production: Generate content related to branding, reports, and executive insights; utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and optimize content formats.

• Data Analysis: Monitor essential metrics (impressions, growth, engagement) across all accounts to improve content strategies.

• Trend & Social Listening: Remain informed about changes in LinkedIn algorithms, industry trends, and brand mentions, offering timely insights for operational adjustments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher, with 1–3 years of experience in managing LinkedIn platform operations.

• Proven experience in handling LinkedIn corporate pages and personal matrices; successful case studies are preferred.

• Knowledgeable about LinkedIn algorithms, content distribution mechanisms, and growth strategies; capable of executing tasks independently.

• Familiar with global platforms such as X, Facebook, and Telegram, with experience in managing multiple platforms.

• Skilled in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for content generation and improving workflow efficiency.

• Strong analytical skills to continually enhance content performance based on data metrics.

• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Experience in the B2B Tech, Cybersecurity, Fintech, or Web3 sectors is highly desirable.
