This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the ongoing expansion of Attain Partners’ clinical consulting practice, concentrating on academic and comprehensive cancer centers.
• Enhance partnerships with academic, NCI-designated, and other prominent cancer centers.
• Cultivate executive relationships and identify, qualify, shape, propose, contract, and transition business opportunities into delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership of cancer centers.
• Lead and engage in projects related to clinical research operations, research administration, financial performance, organizational design, technology enablement, compliance, and operational transformation.
• Represent Attain at leadership meetings, industry associations, conferences, webinars, and external forums.
• Generate thought leadership and market-facing content.
• Be accountable for sales, pipeline development, and client expansion goals.
• Advise leaders on organizational structure, governance, operating models, workforce strategy, performance improvement, and clinical research infrastructure.
• Ensure accountability for project quality, client satisfaction, financial performance, and established outcomes.
• Create methodologies, assessment tools, implementation frameworks, benchmarks, and reusable intellectual capital.
• Mentor members of the consulting team.
• Assist in resource planning, engagement staffing, recruitment, and the development of cancer center expertise.
• Foster collaboration across clinical consulting, research administration, technology, data, and transformation capabilities.
• At least 15 years of progressively responsible experience in cancer center administration, clinical research operations, healthcare consulting, or a closely related area.
• Significant leadership experience within an academic, NCI-designated, comprehensive, or similarly complex cancer center.
• Previous experience as a cancer center executive director, chief administrative officer, deputy director, associate director for administration, chief operating officer, clinical research executive, or in a similar leadership role.
• Established connections with senior leaders in cancer centers and active participation in relevant professional networks.
• Profound understanding of the strategic, operational, financial, and organizational challenges faced by cancer centers.
• Proven ability to develop executive relationships and translate organizational needs into funded initiatives or consulting projects.
• Experience in leading intricate operational assessments, transformation initiatives, or implementation efforts.
• Capable of communicating effectively with physicians, scientists, administrators, institutional executives, and operational teams.
• Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, written communication, and presentation abilities.
• Willingness and capacity to travel based on client and business development requirements.
• Demonstrated capability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients.
