This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +3 more countries.
• Oversee the complete quality audit lifecycle for Laboratory & Production Services locations throughout Europe.
• Create, implement, and sustain quality process audits.
• Assess process effectiveness, compliance, KPIs, and SLAs via auditing.
• Establish audit documentation, reporting standards, and quality validation procedures.
• Assist with the implementation and verification of Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Conduct audit reviews, discovery sessions, and workshops focused on improvement.
• Detect process inefficiencies and spearhead initiatives to enhance productivity, consistency, and customer service.
• Compare services with industry best practices and promote process standardization.
• Formulate and oversee corrective actions and improvement plans in collaboration with site leadership.
• Work together with the Business Analytics & Metrics team on frameworks for audit and KPI reporting.
• Confirm audit results and KPI data align with customer Scope of Work requirements.
• Evaluate operational and audit data, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor audit plans, deliverables, and ongoing improvement programs.
• Contribute to responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Provide quality expertise during the onboarding of new customers.
• Aid in talent assessment and selection for large-scale LPS projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative service solutions and best practices.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, Operations, or a similar technical field is preferred.
• Experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Auditing, or Continuous Improvement settings.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, quality systems, and methodologies for process improvement.
• Proven project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to forge strong relationships across teams situated in different geographical locations.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to process quality.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations throughout Europe (up to 25%).
