Operations Associate – Order Processing, Fulfillment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the entire order process from procurement to delivery.

• Keep thorough documentation with proof uploads and time-stamped notes.

• Validate data to address any gaps prior to completion.

• Comply with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) throughout all phases.

• Proactively identify and resolve any team bottlenecks.

• Work in collaboration with finance and customer support to address discrepancies and delays.

• Report any system issues for timely resolution.

• Ensure comprehensive shift handovers with appropriate logs.

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, order management, or a similar field.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Familiarity with order management systems.
