Operations Associate Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct 100-120 outbound calls each day to potential candidates to discuss available job openings.

• Effectively convey role requirements and address candidate inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

• Keep precise records of calls and candidate feedback for follow-up and reporting needs.

• Enhance your communication skills through hands-on experience and continuous training.

• Acquire the ability to professionally present opportunities and engage candidates in meaningful discussions, thereby improving your interpersonal skills and career development.
