Operations Associate – Direct Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Oversee operational and analytical tasks within Insurance, Extended Warranty, Repair, and Trade-In sectors

• Identify manual processes and implement automation solutions

• Lead cross-departmental projects

• Assist in negotiations with insurance partners

• Utilize prioritization frameworks to organize and sequence initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, analytics, or commercial roles

• Hypothesis-driven thinker who communicates clearly and directly

• Experience in deploying at least one automation tool (Notion, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or scripts)

• Proficient in AI tools: regularly use Claude or ChatGPT in your work

• Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is advantageous

• Commitment to sustainability

• Strong quantitative skills: familiarity with spreadsheets, modeling, SQL, Python, or no-code tools is a plus
