Operations Associate – CX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough investigations and address invoice inquiries with accuracy and responsibility.

• Oversee client inquiries from start to finish, taking ownership of issues until they are resolved.

• Work collaboratively with Finance, Product, and HR Operations teams.

• Examine patterns and trends in client inquiries to pinpoint areas for process enhancement.

• Suggest data-driven improvements to current processes.

• Resolve platform issues and assist clients and talents in navigating solutions.

• Provide education to clients and internal teams by developing or updating knowledge documentation.

• Manage multiple ongoing client cases, effectively prioritizing while balancing empathy and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in customer experience operations, financial support, or SaaS environments.

• Ideally, experience in a client-facing capacity.

• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.

• Confidence in handling data and conducting invoice investigations.

• Ability to distill complex information into straightforward, actionable communication.

• Demonstrated ownership mindset; proactive, organized, and able to follow through until resolution.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Capacity to build trust through effective communication.

• Organized, composed, and adaptable.

• Ability to prioritize effectively and maintain composure amidst changing priorities.

• Experience with invoice management, CRM, or ticketing tools such as Salesforce or NetSuite is a plus.

• Familiarity with EOR, payroll, or HR systems is advantageous.

• Proficiency in German or other languages is a bonus.
