This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee operational workflows for various recruiting campaigns and client accounts.
• Facilitate candidate communications, including outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and confirmations.
• Monitor shared inboxes to ensure prompt and professional responses.
• Keep accurate records of candidates and operational data.
• Assist recruiters and internal stakeholders with daily operational tasks.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes, proactively address issues, and propose improvements.
• Adhere to and enhance SOPs, workflows, and internal systems.
• Support reporting, audits, and other operational projects as required.
• 0–4 years of experience in operations, recruiting, HR, administration, customer support, or related fields.
• Demonstrated exceptional capability (e.g., strong academic performance, experience in high-growth startups, founding or startup experience, or other notable achievements).
• Strong attention to detail and a practice of verifying work for accuracy.
• Highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proactive attitude with a readiness to identify and resolve issues.
• Open to coaching, curious, and eager to learn new tools and processes.
• Excellent written English and professional communication abilities.
• Willingness to work during U.S. business hours (with required overlap in EST).
