Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding of new Pay customers by addressing unique scenarios that fall outside the automated process, coordinating with our payment partner, and serving as the primary contact for onboarding inquiries.

• Oversee payment operations and compliance monitoring by reviewing flagged transactions, supplying necessary documentation to expedite payment releases, prioritizing cases based on complexity, and gathering identity verification information from customers when payroll payments are marked for review.

• Manage customer support for Pay, addressing a wide range of inquiries from how-to questions and payment statuses to open banking concerns and onboarding clarifications.

• Monitor support metrics, identify trends to share with the product and operations teams, and assist in enhancing self-service capabilities within support over time.

• Administer Mimo's accounts payable and receivable, executing payment runs, generating customer invoices, following up on outstanding balances, and maintaining accurate AP/AR ledgers in close collaboration with the Finance team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-3 years of post-graduation experience; new graduates with the right mindset are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort with process-oriented, accuracy-sensitive tasks.

• Highly organized and structured; capable of managing multiple workflows simultaneously without oversight.

• A genuine interest in AI and familiarity with its applications.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus but not essential.
