Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assisting in the enhancement of processes and systems.

• Performing quality assessments on orders handled by other team members within the organization.

• Delivering training and undertaking additional responsibilities.

• Proactively identifying, addressing, resolving, and/or escalating operational issues that impact customer experience.

• Overseeing communication with all sales departments, processing all customer orders and returns, while ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Following established protocols to guarantee accurate order entry and fulfillment.

• Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of Purchase Orders (POs), quotes, and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).

• Inputting data into various organizational software systems.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and assess operational and logistical procedures.

• Identifying and implementing enhancements to order management processes and technologies to optimize order delivery and elevate customer service.

• Assisting in the training of fellow order entry personnel to develop their skills and knowledge.

• Aiding in the ongoing development of processes and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of operations experience.

• Previous experience in order management is advantageous.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage a significant volume of orders during quarter and month-end closing periods.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Outlook and Excel.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• General understanding of the quote-to-cash process.

• Strong sense of urgency to meet goals, result-oriented, assertive communicator, and eagerness to learn.

• Ability to thrive under pressure, maintain customer focus, and work effectively as part of a team.

• Must be available to work during PST hours (USA).
