Operations Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Supervise and manage the complete shipping process for personal belongings, guaranteeing timely and precise delivery.

• Collaborate with internal departments, including logistics, customer service, and warehouse personnel, to optimize operations and address any issues that may arise.

• Liaise with external vendors, carriers, and clients to facilitate a seamless shipping experience.

• Design and execute operational strategies aimed at improving efficiency, minimizing costs, and upholding high service standards.

• Identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed swiftly.
