This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Ensure the seamless operation of JoomPulse, maintaining continuity without disruptions.
• Monitor internal request workflows and follow up to obtain necessary approvals and signatures.
• Guarantee that prizes, rewards, and promotional materials are delivered to the appropriate recipients on schedule.
• Oversee and track all open IC requests, ensuring that none surpass the established SLA.
• Proactively send follow-ups via Slack and email until each request is finalized.
• Ensure that all rewards and prizes from the Partner Program and live streams are dispatched within the SLA.
• Keep the control of merchandising and giveaway inventory up to date in real time.
• Proven experience in managing multiple tasks or tickets simultaneously without losing oversight.
• Excellent written communication skills: crafting clear, concise, and assertive messages that encourage responses and actions.
• Fundamental understanding of financial and administrative workflows, including payments, approvals, and authorization processes.
• Prior experience in logistics or the management of physical products, such as shipping, inventory control, or prize distribution.
• Proficient with technology: quick to adapt to new software and receptive to utilizing AI tools.
• Familiar with digital tools: Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, and various task management systems.
• Ability to simplify repetitive operational challenges into straightforward, documented procedures.
• Resident of São Paulo with the availability to visit the office, warehouse, and attend company events as needed.
