Operations and Quality Administrative Analyst (Mid-level)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the inspection workflow, including requests, pending balances, and completed inspections, while ensuring conversion rates and minimizing no-shows.

• Track operational KPIs to identify and address bottlenecks.

• Investigate failures, rejections, and losses, and suggest actionable plans for improvement.

• Supervise the performance of inspection providers and manage operational execution.

• Develop performance reports and create presentations.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams (IT, Product, and Sales) to enhance process efficiency.

• Initiate and monitor technical tickets and resolve operational discrepancies.

• Maintain process quality and positively influence customer experience (NPS).

• Propose ongoing improvements to boost efficiency and lower churn rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Statistics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis).

• Experience with operational metrics such as volume, SLA, productivity, and efficiency.

• Proven ability in preparing reports and presentations.

• Familiarity with operational routines and processes.

• Strong analytical and operational skills, including the ability to analyze data and pinpoint bottlenecks; a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes; exceptional organizational skills; and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
