• Aid in daily back-office operations

• Provide assistance with general operational tasks as necessary

• Utilize ChatGPT to help respond to and communicate with customers

• Maintain clear, courteous, and consistent communication

• Develop simple social media content (videos, posts, captions)

• Assist in the posting and updating of social media profiles

• Help sustain online presence and engagement
