Operations and Logistics Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Organize daily logistics for client travel.

• Allocate vehicles and drivers to specific routes.

• Ensure operations utilize the minimum number of third-party providers.

• Modify routes as needed to optimize travel time and costs.

• Oversee all communication between passengers, company personnel, and third-party providers.

• Verify passenger counts with drivers, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies that arise.

• Address passenger-related and operational challenges (such as vehicle delays, missed connections, additional passengers, last-minute adjustments, and emergency vehicle rentals), ensuring clear communication with both the team and passengers.

• Solicit quotes for third-party vehicles, negotiate with providers, and input costs into the system.

• Maintain current operation and logistics information in the CRM, spreadsheets, and operational records.

• Proficiency in CRM systems.

• Familiarity with ERP software.

• Experience with spreadsheet management.

• Background in customer service.

• Experience in organizing logistics processes is advantageous.

• Previous work in the tourism sector is a plus.
