Operations and Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• **Your Responsibilities Include:**

• - Reviewing and overseeing the status of Purchase Orders for all accounts assigned to you.

• - Ensuring that orders remain on schedule and promptly notifying the Business Manager of any delays or changes.

• - Understanding and tracking the Bill of Materials (BOM) setup for all assigned products.

• - Monitoring the arrival of raw materials to guarantee timely delivery and communicating any issues or delays.

• - Tracking Sales Orders to assess the impact on raw materials and stock levels.

• - Reporting any inventory or material concerns to the Business Manager.

• - Collaborating with the Compliance Department to ensure that labels, diagrams, and specifications meet approval timelines.

• - Coordinating with the Design Team to ensure that artwork aligns with customer requirements and is delivered on time.

• - Ordering and tracking concept or production samples based on the needs of end customers.

• - Providing updates to the Business Manager regarding sample status, timelines, and requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Ideal Candidate Profile:**

• - Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

• - Minimum of 2 years of experience with inventory systems, BOMs, or order tracking.

• - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Compliance, Purchasing, Design, Production).

• - Availability to work during US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).

• - Willingness to start within 2 weeks of receiving the job offer.

• **Technical Qualifications:**

• - Proficient in using time-tracking software (e.g., Time Doctor).

• - Access to a personal laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and a webcam.

• - Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).

• - Backup equipment available to handle power and internet outages.

• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
