This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and manage recurring reports tailored for customers and nationwide network operations.
• Monitor operational metrics and propose actionable enhancements.
• Conduct cost analysis, ticket trend analysis, and manage network operations expenses.
• Validate and track route miles, booking margins, net sales, installations, and disconnects.
• Oversee internal and external recovery initiatives and financial workflows linked to network performance and outages.
• Develop and improve quarterly reporting materials for the Board of Directors using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Manage and optimize operational inputs that contribute to the company-wide financial model and forecasting.
• Collaborate with operational teams to evaluate margins and convert operational throughput into financial outcomes.
• Oversee CRM object validation rules, workflows, and ensure pipeline accuracy.
• Contribute to the establishment of company-wide data reporting standards and process enhancements.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, business operations, variance analysis, reporting, or budgeting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, financial modeling, data reconciliation, and scenario analysis.
• Capability to convert raw data into polished, visually appealing Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership and the Board.
• Experience in navigating, managing, or establishing validation rules in CRMs such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in distilling complex discussions into actionable tasks.
• Self-motivated and able to excel in a fast-paced, growing infrastructure environment.
• Must successfully pass a standard background check upon offer.
• At least 2 professional references required.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Coding/SQL engineering skills are not necessary.
