Operations and Business Development Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and maintain automated sales dashboards and executive KPI reports.

• Systematically monitor team performance trends, outreach activity levels, and conversion metrics.

• Take ownership of Salesforce CRM data integrity, ensuring precise pipeline accuracy and actionable updates.

• Organize and execute timely follow-ups with inbound prospects, existing clients, and strategic referral partners.

• Provide essential execution support for outbound business development and lead generation initiatives.

• Conduct comprehensive market research on target industries, enterprise accounts, and key decision-makers.

• Prepare polished executive summaries, performance reports, and presentation slide decks for leadership meetings.

• Record and manage meeting action items to ensure accountability within the internal team.

• Proactively identify structural bottlenecks to optimize current sales processes and data flows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related four-year field.

• A minimum of 4 - 5 years of demonstrated experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related area.

• Experience with US-based companies is preferred.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data organization.

• Proven direct experience with Salesforce CRM platforms and sales intelligence systems.

• Exceptional written English communication skills with a strong focus on detail and follow-through.

• Demonstrated capability to independently manage multiple tracking projects without administrative drift.

• Comfortable engaging with external clients, referral partners, and internal senior executives.

• Prior experience supporting a VP of Sales, corporate founder, or high-level sales executive is a plus.

• Previous experience in the events or catering industry is advantageous.
