This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as a subject-matter and platform authority for clients and accountants utilizing Pennylane.
• Act as the intermediary between organizational leaders, in-house accountants, and accounting firms.
• Daily investigate and comprehend user issues.
• Provide solutions or answers and escalate matters to technical teams when required.
• Assist in-house and accounting-firm accountants with importing their data into Pennylane to enable migration.
• Participate in ongoing training via Pennylane Academy regarding the product, company, and various departments.
• Receive, assess, and address accounting-related inquiries.
• Monitor tickets until they are fully resolved.
• Manage increasingly complicated customer requests.
• Develop and revise customer support documentation.
• Share accounting expertise and practical experience with team members.
• Supply product teams with well-organized feedback on customer use cases.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing team efficiency.
• Lead initiatives that promote professional growth and service enhancement.
• Accounting qualification or degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master's degree in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor's degree in Administrative and Accounting Management).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, preferably including at least three tax seasons.
• Experience collaborating directly with a business leader is advantageous.
• Interest in innovative work tools and emerging technologies.
• Self-driven, with the capability to resolve issues independently.
• Familiarity with Pennylane is beneficial.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Capacity to understand and address customer needs while fostering strong relationships.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability to rapid product changes.
• Willingness to learn and keep current with product advancements.
• Must reside in Europe; the company cannot employ individuals outside Europe and does not offer visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency in ticketing or documentation tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, or Notion.
