Operations Analyst – Licensing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, interpret, and assess information pertinent to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States.

• Complete applications for provider licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of CertifyOS clients.

• Validate and verify information updated on the licensing platform to ensure complete accuracy.

• Compile your research findings and draft them into clear and concise guideline documents for CertifyOS clients.

• Support with additional ad hoc projects as necessary.

• Proficiency in English.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.

• Capability to perform extensive research, especially using Google.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
