This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage biweekly payroll for our deployed teams, collaborating with managers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Accurately prepare and process tax payments on schedule.
• Generate biweekly invoices for clients.
• Maintain backup files for payroll and invoice previews.
• Reconcile payroll and billing, ensuring GAAP documentation is organized and ready for audits.
• Extract necessary information from source files to assist in contract creation.
• Update daily attendance, flagging exceptions for managerial review.
• Maintain team rosters as new members are onboarded, including sensitive information that managers do not access.
• Update the Springboard Dashboard weekly in preparation for the leadership meeting.
• Develop and manage the Capacity Plan.
• Create ad-hoc reports and analyses as projects necessitate.
• Proactively identify insights from operational and financial data, providing recommendations to leadership.
• Serve as the central point of coordination for our managed entities, starting with one to two currently, with more anticipated.
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members comprehensively.
• Coordinate facilities requirements.
• Collaborate with our local attorney and accountant partners, managing the routing of items, follow-ups, and keeping processes on track, while escalating significant legal or financial decisions to leadership.
• Identify and implement improved operational methods, streamlining and automating repetitive tasks wherever feasible.
• 3–6 years of experience integrating data analysis with project management or coordination.
• Strong financial literacy: hands-on familiarity with payroll, invoicing, basic accounting and GAAP principles, and tax payment workflows. A formal accounting degree is not mandatory, but proven finance operations experience is essential.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel — including pivot tables, complex formulas, and polished dashboards — combined with an automation-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English for effective live coordination with US stakeholders and external partners.
• Availability during US working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM MST.
• Highly proactive and detail-oriented, with good judgment and discretion regarding sensitive payroll and personnel information.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, data, or a related field preferred — equivalent hands-on experience is acceptable.

• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with Deel and/or Cadana.
• Background in global contractor payroll and/or international entity operations.
• Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Google Apps Script, macros) and knowledge of modern AI tools for enhancing workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or a BI tool (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
