This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Support the administration and upkeep of a Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool, currently Monday.com, which includes the creation and maintenance of PS Opportunities and/or Projects.
• Comprehend PSA and its data structures to extract pertinent data for reports or dashboards.
• Develop, design, implement, and maintain processes and specifications as requested by the Professional Services leadership team.
• Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and recommendations derived from data analysis.
• Offer training and support to team members on operational processes and tools as needed.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Anticipate resource requirements to meet objectives and manage resources efficiently; identify and mobilize resources as necessary to promptly address client issues that arise during the implementation phase.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, with MS Excel proficiency evaluated through skills testing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and experience in generating Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• 1-2 years of experience in an operations role, preferably within professional services.
• Capable of multitasking, planning, organizing, and structuring work effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability to processes in a rapidly changing environment.
• Self-driven and a collaborative team player.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
• Available to work during US Eastern Time every day.
