Operations Analyst – Credentialing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, interpret, and assess information pertinent to provider licensure and continuing medical education within the United States

• Complete applications for provider credentialing, licensure, or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify clients

• Validate and verify information updated on the credentialing and licensing platform to ensure 100% accuracy

• Communicate with providers and clients via email when additional information is required

• Assist with monitoring new client implementation projects as necessary

• Summarize research findings and compile them into clear and concise guideline documents for Certify clients

• Support other ad hoc projects as needed

• Proficiency in English

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

• Capability to conduct extensive research, especially using Google

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Capability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
