This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Oversee and distribute helpdesk tickets efficiently.
• Keep operational reports current and precise.
• Supervise support queues and ensure service level compliance.
• Manage hardware and software asset inventories.
• Assist in purchasing processes and supplier relations.
• Monitor equipment orders and manage replacement schedules.
• Address customer and internal support inquiries promptly.
• Maintain thorough records and documentation.
• Facilitate ongoing enhancements of operational procedures.
• At least 2 years of experience in administration and technical support.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Technical expertise and troubleshooting experience are a plus.
• Fully remote role.
