Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Transform processes that are either documented, partially documented, or conveyed verbally into comprehensive, clear, and repeatable process documents.

• Review recorded walkthroughs (for instance, a Loom video of a colleague performing a task) and create a detailed process document that outlines each step, including branching logic and contingencies.

• Execute established processes seamlessly—accurately, punctually, and precisely as directed—while continuously refining and optimizing the steps involved.

• Take ownership of recurring operational responsibilities within the Programs team—such as generating student lists, processing stipends, tracking individuals completing Industry Introductions asynchronously, and other related reporting tasks.

• Manage the operational aspects of both internal and external surveys—collating results into structured, clear, and readable formats that the team can utilize effectively.

• Oversee ongoing retention reporting and other periodic program reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, project management, administration, executive support, or related fields.

• Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish in dynamic environments.

• Highly proficient with AI—capable of utilizing contemporary systems and AI tools to locate, extract, and synthesize data, while also understanding the relationships and interactions among data sets.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing, documenting, and executing repeatable processes that include branching logic and contingencies.

• Comfort in handling reporting and survey compilation (for example, student data, retention reporting), and presenting this information clearly.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and modern AI/automation tools.

• Experience working remotely and collaborating across different time zones.

• C1 level fluency in English.
