Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Generate and present reports on operational statuses and performance enhancement opportunities.

• Create presentation materials for client and provider teams to leverage.

• Identify and deliver actionable insights for cross-departmental teams to implement.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators across various clients.

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to address operational insight requirements.

• Manage routine deliverables alongside various ad hoc requests.

• Perform additional duties as needed – we are a dynamic, expanding company with numerous opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 0-3 years of experience in the industry.

• 1-2 years in healthcare, preferably within the Post Acute care sector.

• Knowledge and experience in referral management, utilization review, prior authorization, and case management functions.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.

• Ability to multi-task and exceed the typical job description expectations.

• Minimum expert-level proficiency in Excel.

• Proficiency in all other Microsoft Office applications.
