Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and confirm sales quotations.

• Offer direct assistance and guidance for Service Requests and Heritage Requests.

• Support workflows and processes for managing opportunities throughout the QTC cycle.

• Organize regular solution discussions with Sales Teams.
