Operations Advisor – Capital Markets Securities Settlements

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assists in the execution and support of Securities Settlements for FED, DTC, and Mutual Fund products.

• Investigates and resolves discrepancies in positions for PNC’s financial records.

• Completes daily checklist tasks to ensure all controls, procedures, and processes are finalized for auditing purposes.

• Collaborates with Traders and Relationship Managers to ensure timely settlements for customers.

• Oversees production workflow and provides assistance to team members with escalated process challenges.

• Proactively identifies and resolves exceptions, serving as a key point of escalation.

• Monitors the effectiveness and efficiency of production and/or processes.

• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Must exhibit the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role.

• Series 99 FINRA license is required.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with accountability, customer solutions, compliance assurance, personal initiative, process enhancements, results orientation, risk mitigation strategies, and standard operating procedures (SOP).

• Strong accuracy and attention to detail, consulting, decision-making, critical thinking, effective communication, ability to manage multiple priorities, operational functions, problem-solving, process management, and knowledge of products and services.
