This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.
• Supervise and implement HR, GRO, and PRO services, including the renewal of licenses, work permits, coordination of Saudization, payroll management, and adherence to governmental regulations.
• Proficiently utilize governmental platforms (such as QIWA, GOSI, Mudad, MISA, MC, etc.) to guarantee regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate efficiently with government agencies, GRO partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Accurately capture and maintain all client data and documentation within internal systems.
• Continuously improve processes to boost efficiency and service quality, actively contributing to operational enhancements and new service offerings.
• Uphold high standards of responsiveness and communication across interactions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Take complete ownership of a diverse client portfolio, ensuring their HR, GRO, and PRO requirements are managed to the highest standard.
• Provide proactive advisory support, assisting clients in navigating regulatory requirements and optimizing their operations within Saudi Arabia.
• Manage the entire client engagement process, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Address escalations from junior team members, providing guidance and support to efficiently resolve complex issues.
• Enhance client retention and renewals through outstanding service delivery and relationship management.
• Maintain clear documentation, follow-ups, and compliance with SLAs across all client interactions.
• Assume mentorship and coaching responsibilities, aiding junior team members in developing their skills.
• Lead by example, showcasing strong operational execution, problem-solving abilities, accountability, and customer service expertise.
• Engage in structured leadership development programs to prepare for a senior management role.
• Actively participate in a collaborative remote team environment, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Identify and contribute to process improvements and operational enhancements that elevate the value AstroLabs provides to clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring AstroLabs remains a leader in HR, GRO, and PRO services.
• Assist with client engagement and business growth initiatives as needed.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Customer Success within a KPI-driven setting.
• Experience in supporting operations in Saudi Arabia, including HR, GRO, PRO, company setup, or corporate services, is highly preferred.
• Fully fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
• Strong aptitude for independently managing client accounts with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Detail-oriented and process-focused, possessing exceptional organizational and task management skills.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills in a remote work environment.
• Capable of data analysis and reporting, using insights to drive improvements.
• A natural relationship builder, with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and fostering team development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM tools, and operational systems.
