This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will take complete ownership of the Amazon backend (Seller Central) and ensure that all workflows (content maintenance, SEO optimization, flat files) operate seamlessly and without errors.
• You will develop and document scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our junior managers and conduct the final quality control (double-check instance).
• You will ensure readiness for launching new products — from keyword research to the final A+ Content.
• You will monitor key performance indicators (conversion rate, TACOS, out-of-stock rate) and proactively formulate optimization strategies.
• You will collaborate closely with the founding team on automation projects aimed at sustainably reducing manual efforts.
• You possess a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience within the Amazon ecosystem (preferably in supplements, FMCG, or beauty), either on the agency side or at a rapidly growing D2C brand.
• You have an in-depth knowledge of Seller Central and a strong understanding of Amazon SEO and the psychology behind high-converting content.
• You exhibit a highly conscientious and structured working style.
• You are skilled in using Helium 10 and Excel (including pivot tables/data analysis) and have a passion for process automation.
• You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
