• Develop and implement the Operational Excellence strategy along with a multi-year transformation roadmap for Europe & UK.
• Convert business priorities such as growth, scalability, margin, and customer experience into organized improvement initiatives.
• Balance immediate operational enhancements with the development of long-term capabilities and operating models.
• Create and uphold regional governance, standards, and methodologies for comprehensive processes including:
• - Order-to-Cash
• - Service-to-Invoice
• - Installations & Project Delivery
• - Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations
• - Strategic Partner Management
• Ensure uniformity across countries while permitting controlled local flexibility.
• Own and continually enhance the regional Operational Excellence playbook.
• Promote the adoption and value generation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 throughout Europe & UK.
• Collaborate with IT and Business Process Owners to align system improvements with the Operational Excellence roadmap.
• Establish regional performance standards, dashboards, and KPIs to facilitate transparent, data-driven decision-making.
• Set and manage regional frameworks for the performance and compliance of strategic partners.
• Enhance partner scalability, quality, and risk management through organized reviews, audits, and maturity assessments.
• Ensure alignment between partner capabilities and medium-term growth objectives.
• Lead and cultivate Operational Excellence capabilities across regions through matrix and indirect leadership.
• Act as a change leader, ensuring engagement, communication, and adoption among stakeholders at all levels.
• Encourage a collaborative culture of improvement across Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, and IT.
• Extensive experience in Operational Excellence, transformation, or operational leadership within a multi-country setting.
• Demonstrated ability to spearhead complex, cross-functional change initiatives on a large scale.
• Strong grasp of end-to-end service, installation, supply chain, and back-office processes.
• Significant experience with D365-enabled process transformation and performance analytics.
• Capability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through governance instead of formal authority.
• Robust analytical mindset focused on achieving sustainable value realization.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe & the UK.
