This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Recruit and contract network providers, primarily focusing on ancillary providers.
• Identify underserved markets for these services and initiate sourcing activities to find qualified providers.
• Manage the overall processes and tracking related to network development, including analysis and business case formulation.
• Oversee the implementation and onboarding of network providers, fostering supportive relationships between EHE, providers, and practice managers.
• Evaluate network providers and office staff compliance with EHE's standards for appointment capacity and quality clinical programs.
• Conduct quarterly meetings with health system/practice representatives to establish and enhance effective process flows measured by key performance metrics such as appointment capacity and patient documentation compliance.
• Work in collaboration with internal EHE stakeholders to align with EHE Sales and Client Success in meeting client needs and market demands.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support business transformation initiatives aimed at promoting network growth.
• Conduct site visits for outreach, education, training, and orientation sessions for providers and essential administrative personnel.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Generate daily call and visit reports while documenting all interactions with practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in health care, managed care, provider relations, or customer service.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare system.
• Experience in provider recruitment and contracting within a healthcare setting.
• Strong negotiation skills backed by data analysis.
• Excellent relationship management and project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Must be willing to travel to EHE network locations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, and open to learning AI tools.
