This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Full responsibility for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals across designated studios.
• Oversee and evaluate studio-level key performance indicators such as conversion rates, average ticket sales, membership sales, package distribution, and customer retention.
• Facilitate monthly business reviews with Studio leadership that focus on sales outcomes and opportunities for performance enhancement.
• Recognize underperforming metrics and implement corrective action strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and ensure accountability for 5-7 Studio Managers and Managing Clinical Directors as primary drivers of performance within their studios.
• Conduct systematic sales evaluations, role-playing exercises, and coaching sessions to boost closing rates and sales efficiency.
• Cultivate Studio Managers and Managing Clinical Directors as effective studio leaders and ensure they are accountable for their teams' performance.
• Foster team engagement and retention by establishing clear expectations, maintaining consistent performance management, and promoting a culture of appreciation and recognition.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in multi-unit sales leadership within high-growth service sectors.
• Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, retail, or premium consumer services is preferred.
• Proven success in leading distributed teams to surpass revenue objectives.
• Advanced coaching skills in consultative selling techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
