This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage the full membership lifecycle, including prospect outreach, conversion, onboarding coordination, and offboarding.
• Interact with high-net-worth prospects and oversee the membership pipeline.
• Ensure accuracy in CRM and monitor membership metrics.
• Conduct outreach through phone calls, video conferencing, and emails.
• Prepare personalized conversion conversations for the founders and maintain momentum in the pipeline.
• Track and ensure compliance with regional category limits for membership.
• Develop and refine playbooks, scripts, and templates for the conversion process.
• Oversee the intake process for experts and manage offboarding procedures as necessary.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in membership management, community engagement, customer success, business development, sales, executive support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing pipelines and advancing prospects through various stages of a sales or membership funnel.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, capable of engaging and influencing high-net-worth individuals and senior professionals.
• Proficient in outreach methods including phone, video calls, email, and other communication platforms.
• Direct experience with CRM systems, maintaining accurate records, pipeline stages, and generating reports.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, capable of handling multiple priorities concurrently.
• Background in creating or enhancing operational processes, playbooks, templates, and workflows.
• Comfortable with coordinating background and reference checks, as well as screening procedures.
• Ability to work autonomously, take charge of projects, and excel in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• English Proficiency: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, with excellent pronunciation, strong fluency, and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with founders, prospects, and members.
• Familiarity with AI-driven screening tools or automation platforms is an advantage.
