Operational Risk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Assist in the identification and evaluation of operational, regulatory, compliance, and initiative-specific risks.

• Aid in the analysis of data to pinpoint risk trends, control deficiencies, and emerging risk signals.

• Support the documentation of risks, strategies for mitigation, and action plans for remediation.

• Collaborate with business leaders and project teams to collect risk-related information and assist with control evaluations.

• Contribute to the implementation and upkeep of risk management procedures and internal controls within EBOS.

• Generate regular risk reports, dashboards, and metrics utilizing established frameworks.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business management, or equivalent experience is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in business processes, risk identification, control implementation, or data analysis, preferably in the healthcare sector.

• Strong understanding of risks and controls is preferred.

• Experience with healthcare claims is preferred.

• Foundational knowledge of risk management concepts.

• Ability to facilitate risk identification, assessment, monitoring, documentation, reporting, and control evaluations.
