This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +26 more states.
• Oversee the transfer and transition of work activities among Premera Operations, PMT, and vendor partners.
• Assist in readiness evaluations concerning training, documentation, operational controls, and business preparedness.
• Track transition deliverables while providing readiness reports, status updates, and implementation support.
• Aid in post-transition stabilization, document lessons learned, and promote continuous improvement efforts.
• Keep work transfer governance documents, readiness checklists, transition plans, templates, and related materials updated.
• Create and sustain process maps, standard operating procedures, knowledge transfer resources, and operational documentation.
• Manage SharePoint-based knowledge repositories, ensuring documentation remains accurate, accessible, and current.
• Facilitate document reviews and governance checkpoints to maintain standards.
• Identify, monitor, and communicate transition risks, dependencies, action items, and plans for mitigation.
• Organize readiness reviews, transition checkpoints, and meetings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business leaders, operational teams, and vendor partners to implement operational modifications.
• Raise issues and risks while assisting teams in formulating mitigation strategies.
• Recognize business challenges and aid in operational solutions alongside clients and department leadership.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data for operational decisions and transition planning.
• Generate reports, summaries, readiness dashboards, and presentations for leadership and project teams.
• Support medium to large operational initiatives and readiness projects as needed.
• Assess information from various business partners and suggest process enhancements.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• A bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business operations, project coordination, operational readiness, process enhancement, consulting, program support, or analytical business functions.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Background in creating and maintaining business process documentation.
• Experience in supporting operational transitions, outsourcing/work transfer initiatives, or vendor partner collaborations.
• Skills in developing process documentation, knowledge management resources, and governance artifacts.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, workflow tools, or collaboration platforms.
• Experience in supporting change management, operational improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder requests concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to identify operational risks and assist in mitigation planning.
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation management skills.
• Experience facilitating meetings, readiness reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Capability to work independently while fostering collaborative relationships across teams.
