Operational Excellence Manager – JKM Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Drive the regional Operational Excellence strategy in alignment with OE 2.0 initiatives.

• Establish and oversee productivity benchmarks and KPIs across JKM hotels.

• Ensure consistent weekly LMS reporting and maintain data accuracy.

• Analyze trends in labor productivity and offer actionable insights.

• Collaborate with hotel leadership to enhance rostering discipline and labor alignment.

• Lead and assist with Time & Motion studies throughout properties.

• Train OE Champions and hotel teams on OE tools and methodologies.

• Identify and disseminate best practices among hotels.

• Support change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Undertake various ad hoc projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations or finance.

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Solid understanding of the Time Saver system and reporting.

• Experience with LMS and productivity analysis.

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

• Proficiency in English and Japanese language skills is essential.
