This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives, along with training and workshops, to foster cultural transformation.
• Perform root cause analysis to establish metrics and address manufacturing, business, and assembly challenges.
• Execute advanced data gathering and analysis for process mapping purposes.
• Design, implement, and manage capital equipment related to process enhancement.
• Lead value stream mapping efforts to articulate the “As-Is Analysis” and strategize the transition to the Future State.
• Create and administer compliance assessments, program evaluations, and reviews to achieve desired results.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• A minimum of five years of relevant management experience.
• Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Training in Lean manufacturing principles and expertise in Kaizen facilitation.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in a unionized setting.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence others in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Familiarity with WMS functionality.
