Operational Excellence Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• The Operational Excellence Manager is tasked with fostering continuous improvement, standardization, and capability enhancement within our operations team.

• Act as the interim PFM during both planned and unexpected absences of site leaders to maintain uninterrupted service delivery.

• Provide direct oversight and direction to on-site technical and soft services teams during coverage periods, ensuring compliance with safety, performance, and regulatory standards.

• Oversee Work Order management in the Corrigo system to facilitate proactive planning and coordination with vendors.

• Perform thorough operational diagnostics to evaluate on-ground situations, encompassing team structure, task distribution, communication dynamics, workplace culture, and vendor/contract oversight.

• Create, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures for essential operational tasks, ensuring uniformity across all locations.

• Monitor and report on critical operational KPIs, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and implement corrective measures.

• Design and deliver focused training programs addressing gaps identified during operational assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree or professional qualification in engineering or facilities management.

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in facilities operations.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a significant focus on client relations.

• Technical knowledge and experience with performance-based service contracts and vendor management in both soft and technical services.

• Demonstrated success in creating and delivering training programs.

• Experience in managing multi-site operations or utilizing floating resource models is highly advantageous.

• Comprehensive understanding of FM operational workflows in accordance with client accounts and industry standards.

• Excellent skills in presentation, public speaking, and coaching.

• Proficient in process mapping tools (such as Visio) and data analysis applications (Excel, Power BI).
